Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
Pink gel food coloring
Purple gel food coloring
Directions:
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal of the fudge once it sets.
Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Add Flavoring: Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring, making sure its evenly incorporated.
Divide and Color the Fudge: Divide the fudge mixture evenly into two bowls. Add pink gel food coloring to one bowl and purple gel food coloring to the other, mixing each until you reach vibrant colors.
Layer and Swirl: Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Drop spoonfuls of the purple fudge on top, then use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the purple fudge into the pink to create a marbled effect.
Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.
Cut and Serve: Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper edges. Cut into 36 squares and enjoy!
