No-Bake Easy Cherry Chocolate Chip Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
Whip the Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Pie:
Spread a layer of cherry pie filling on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips over the cherry layer.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate chips, spreading it evenly.
Top with Cherries and Chocolate Chips:
Add the remaining cherry pie filling on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate chips.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Slice and serve chilled.
