Almond Flour Banana Bread
This moist and naturally sweet banana bread made with almond flour is perfect for a wholesome snack or breakfast treat. Its gluten-free, with a deliciously tender crumb!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 large eggs 讀
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt 蓼
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts 樂
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Gently fold in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until the batter is smooth. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
