This decadent cheesecake combines the creamy richness of peanut butter and cream cheese with the irresistible chocolatey goodness of Reeses. A perfect dessert for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1520 Reeses peanut butter cups, chopped

For the Topping:

1 cup heavy cream

cup chocolate chips

cup peanut butter chips

Caramel sauce for drizzling

Whipped cream optional, for garnish

Directions:

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat the oven to 325F 163C.

In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Set aside.


Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

Add Reeses:

Gently fold in half of the chopped Reeses peanut butter cups into the cheesecake batter.

Pour the batter over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake the Cheesecake:

Bake for 5560 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar to cool for 1 hour.

Cool and Chill:

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set fully.

Prepare the Ganache Topping:

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Let the ganache cool slightly.

Decorate:

Drizzle the cooled ganache over the chilled cheesecake.

Top with the remaining chopped Reeses peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Add whipped cream if desired for an extra indulgent touch.
