Mrs. Claus Mocktail
Ingredients:
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 cups milk dairy or plant-based
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Whipped cream for topping
Crushed candy canes for garnish
Mini candy cane for decoration
1 tablespoon honey for the rim
Red sugar crystals for the rim garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Rim:
Dip the rim of a rounded glass into honey, then roll it in red sugar crystals. Let it set.
Make the White Chocolate Base:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and milk. Stir until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is smooth. Do not let it boil.
Add the peppermint extract and mix well.
Assemble the Mocktail:
Pour the warm white chocolate mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish:
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle crushed candy canes over it, and add a mini candy cane for decoration.
