1 ounces 45 ml elderflower liqueur such as St-Germain

4 ounces 120 ml Prosecco

1 ounce 30 ml club soda or sparkling water

Fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

Lime or lemon slice, for garnish optional

Instructions:

In a large wine glass, gently muddle a few fresh mint leaves to release their aroma.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the elderflower liqueur.

Add the Prosecco.

Top with club soda or sparkling water.

Stir gently to combine.
