Bubble Bonbon Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz bubble gum-infused vodka
1 oz cotton candy syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz vanilla liqueur
2 oz prosecco
Crushed ice
Pink cotton candy
Pink pearl powder optional
Whipped cream optional
Instructions:
Infuse the Vodka: Combine 4-5 pieces of bubble gum with vodka and let it infuse for 2 hours. Strain before use.
Prepare the Glass: Mix pink pearl powder if using with sugar. Dip the rim of a glass in lemon juice, then into the sugar mixture to coat.
Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine the infused vodka, cotton candy syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla liqueur with ice. Shake thoroughly until chilled.
Assemble: Strain the cocktail into a flute glass, filling it about two-thirds full.
Finish with Bubbles: Top with prosecco and garnish with pink cotton candy or a dollop of whipped cream for a whimsical touch.
