Frozen Pink Lemonade Rum Slush
Ingredients:
2 cups ice
1 cup pink lemonade chilled
2 ounces white rum
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
cup frozen strawberries for extra color and flavor
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Lemon slices for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the blender: Add ice, pink lemonade, white rum, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and frozen strawberries to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth: Pulse until the mixture becomes a thick and slushy consistency. If its too thick, add a little more pink lemonade; if too thin, add extra ice.
Serve: Pour the slush into a chilled hurricane or margarita glass.
Garnish: Top with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice for a beautiful presentation.
