Tropical Pineapple Banana Smoothie

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut water or milk

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie

Directions:

In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut water or milk, honey if using, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder texture and blend again.

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
