Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:

12 jalapeño peppers, halved and deseeded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3 Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

4 Top with breadcrumbs and lightly drizzle with olive oil.

5 Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.

6 Serve warm and enjoy!
