Banana Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 medium banana, frozen
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
cup milk dairy or plant-based
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker texture
Directions:
1 Combine Ingredients:
In a blender, add the frozen banana, sliced peach, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
2 Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
