– cup granulated sugar

– 2 tbsp granulated sugar

– cup melted butter

– cup heavy cream


– cup dark chocolate chips

– cup milk chocolate chips

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 325F 165C to get things sizzling.

2. Start with the crust: In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool completely.

3. Time for the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until its smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
