Green Grinch Mimosa
Bring some holiday cheer to your glass with this fruity and bubbly Grinch-inspired mimosa!
Ingredients:
4 oz prosecco or champagne
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
Optional: green food coloring for extra brightness
Garnish: green sugar rim or festive straw
Instructions:
Festive Rim: Coat the rim of your champagne flute with water or lemon juice and dip into green sugar.
Mix & Pour: Add pineapple juice and Midori to the glass. If desired, enhance the green hue with a drop of food coloring.
Add the Sparkle: Slowly pour champagne or prosecco over the mixture, letting it fizz beautifully.
Serve: Garnish with a festive straw and serve immediately.
