Warm and Soft Sweet Potato Rolls!

稜 Ingredients:
1 .25 oz package active dry yeast
4 tbsp sugar
cup canned sweet potato puree
cup warm water 110F
3 tbsp margarine, softened
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tbsp sugar; let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix in sweet potato, remaining sugar, margarine, salt, eggs, and flour. Knead and let rise.
Shape into rolls and bake at 375F for 12-20 minutes.
