Turkey Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional for a spicy kick
1 tbsp maple syrup optional for sweetness
Instructions:
1 In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and all the seasonings. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
2 Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
3 Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
4 Serve warm with your favorite breakfast dishes. Enjoy!
