Description:

This dessert-inspired cocktail blends bourbon with vanilla bean and a caramelized sugar rim for a crème brûlée-like experience, enhanced by toasted vanilla bean sticks.

Ingredients per cocktail:

2 oz Bourbon

0.5 oz Vanilla Bean Syrup simple syrup infused with real vanilla bean

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters


Caramelized Sugar for rim

Toasted Vanilla Bean Stick split a vanilla bean and slightly toast it

Instructions:

Brûlée Rim: Dip the rim in simple syrup, then into sugar. Use a torch to gently caramelize the sugar until golden.

Mix the Cocktail: Stir bourbon, vanilla bean syrup, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.

Strain & Serve: Strain into the brûléed-rim glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish: Add a toasted vanilla bean stick for aroma.
