綾 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
4 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the filling over the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Spread the mixture over the top of the cooled cheesecake.
Return cheesecake to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
