Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend for best flavor

蓼 Salt and pepper to taste

4 burger buns

燎 Sliced cheese optional

Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

Instructions:


1 Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
