The Best Cheesy Garlic Bread Ever 燎
Ingredients:
1 large baguette or loaf of Italian bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make the Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread the Butter: Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves of the bread.
Add Cheese: Top each half of the bread with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bread are golden and crispy.
Serve: Slice and serve hot as a side to your favorite pasta or soup.
