Sweet Banana Fritter Bread
A lightly sweet, moist, and fluffy bread with a touch of cinnamon!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients – Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Prepare Batter – Beat eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Add mashed bananas.
Combine & Mix – Stir in the dry ingredients until well combined.
Bake – Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
Cool & Enjoy – Let cool and serve warm with honey or peanut butter!
