1 kg 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
龍 3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
籠 3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
龎 1 tsp garlic powder
龎 1 tsp onion powder
龎 1 tsp dried oregano
蓼 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes optional for a little heat!
How to Make It:
1 Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400F 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
