Ingredients:
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup sugar
– cup water
– 1 tsp vanilla
– cup flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– tsp salt
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tbsp powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Steps:
1 Beat eggs, add sugar, water, vanilla. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
2 Bake in a jelly roll pan at 375F for 12-15 mins.
3 Turn onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll. Cool.
4 Whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Spread on unrolled cake, add strawberries, and roll it back up.
5 Chill, slice, and enjoy!
