Steak and Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
300g steak sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 small corn or flour tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lime juice
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook the shrimp with the same seasoning mix until pink and tender.
3. Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet or directly over a flame for a slight char.
4. Fill each tortilla with cooked steak and shrimp.
5. Mix sour cream and lime juice, then drizzle over the tacos. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy your flavorful tacos!
