These juicy, spicy lime-grilled shrimp are bursting with bold flavors! Perfectly charred and zesty, they’re a crowd-pleaser served over rice, in tacos, or alongside a crisp salad.
Ingredients
- Cajun seasoning: 3 tablespoons (try Emeril’s Essence for extra flavor)
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Medium shrimp: 1 pound, peeled and deveined (about 30-40 pieces)
Instructions
Step 1:
Combine Cajun seasoning, lime juice, and vegetable oil in a resealable plastic bag. Add the shrimp, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Remove any excess air from the bag, seal it tightly, and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinate.
Step 2:
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grill grates.
Step 3:
Take the shrimp out of the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and discard the remaining marinade.
Step 4:
Grill the shrimp on the preheated grill until they turn bright pink on the outside and are cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
