Spicy Honey Garlic Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
For the Cauliflower:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder 龍
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt 蓼
3/4 cup water
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter 杻
3 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust for spice level
For Garnish:
Chopped fresh chives
Sesame seeds

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Batter:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt .
2. Gradually add water to create a smooth batter.
2 Coat and Fry:
1. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
2. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350F 175C. Fry the coated florets in batches until golden and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
3 Make the Sauce:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter 杻 over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic 龍 and sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in honey , soy sauce, and chili flakes . Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4 Toss and Serve:
1. Toss the crispy cauliflower in the spicy honey garlic sauce until evenly coated.
2. Plate and garnish with chopped chives and sesame seeds.

Tips:
For a healthier option, bake the cauliflower at 400F 200C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
