Spiced Pumpkin Fritter Bread
A cozy, fall-inspired fritter bread with warm spices!
Ingredients:
¾ cup pumpkin purée
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients – Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
Prepare Batter – Beat eggs, milk, butter, and pumpkin purée. Stir into dry ingredients.
Add Nuts – Fold in chopped pecans or walnuts.
Bake – Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes.
Cool & Serve – Enjoy with maple syrup or cinnamon butter!
