Spaghetti Pizza
Ingredients:
16 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 cup marinara sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg optional for binding
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and lightly grease a round baking dish or pizza pan.
2 In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
3 If you prefer a firmer crust, beat one egg and add it to the pasta mixture. Stir to combine.
4 Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly on the prepared pan, pressing it down to form a crust-like shape.
5 Bake for 15 minutes until the edges are slightly crispy.
6 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7 Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately!
