Spaghetti allAssassina Assassins Spaghetti
Ingredients:
14 oz 400g spaghetti uncooked
3 cups vegetable or chicken broth warm
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
1/2 cup tomato puree
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
2 Add the uncooked spaghetti to the skillet and toast it lightly for 1-2 minutes, coating it in the flavored oil.
3 Stir in the tomato puree and mix well, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
4 Gradually ladle in the warm broth, letting the pasta absorb the liquid as it cooks. Stir occasionally, adding more broth as needed until the spaghetti is al dente.
5 Season with salt to taste, and allow the pasta to crisp slightly at the edges for the signature “”burnt”” flavor.
6 Serve immediately, and enjoy the bold flavors!
