Smoked Fish Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz smoked fish such as mackerel, trout, or salmon, flaked
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crackers or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions:
1 In a medium bowl, combine the flaked smoked fish, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice.
2 Stir in the capers, fresh dill, red onion, and garlic powder until everything is well incorporated.
3 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5 Serve the smoked fish dip with crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
