Skillet Chicken Bulgogi

A flavorful Korean-inspired dish thats quick, savory, and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sugar or honey

2 tbsp gochujang Korean chili paste

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp ginger grated


1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 green onions thinly sliced, for garnish

1 tsp sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes or longer for deeper flavor.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken in a single layer for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and caramelized.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot with steamed rice, kimchi, or your favorite side dishes.
