Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 can 10.75 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add Mushroom Soup: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine flavors.
3. Stir in Sour Cream: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is creamy and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve: Spoon the hamburger stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately for a comforting, quick meal!
