Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Tahini Sauce 北
Ingredients:
For the Cauliflower:
1 large head of cauliflower, sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
3 tablespoons olive oil 㮝
1 teaspoon garlic powder 龍
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 蓼
For the Tahini Sauce:
1/4 cup tahini paste 北
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced 龍
2-3 tablespoons water to thin the sauce
Salt to taste 蓼
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Cauliflower:
1. Preheat your oven to 425F 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil 㮝.
3. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper 蓼.
4. Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
2 Roast the Cauliflower:
1. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
3 Make the Tahini Sauce:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini paste, lemon juice , minced garlic 龍, and water until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
2. Season with salt to taste 蓼.
4 Assemble and Serve:
1. Drizzle the tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower steaks.
2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley .
3. Serve warm as a main dish or side.
