– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
– 1 egg
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and active dry yeast. Stir in the granulated sugar and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the softened butter, egg, and the yeast mixture.
3. Mix until a dough begins to form. Then knead the dough on a floured surface for about 6-8 minutes, until its smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it into a rectangle approximately 14×10 inches on a floured surface.
7. Spread a thin layer of softened butter over the dough and sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly. Then scatter the fresh raspberries on top.
8. Roll the dough tightly from the long side and slice it into 12 equal rolls. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
9. Cover the rolls again and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to create the glaze.
12. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the lemon glaze on top while they are still warm. Serve immediately and enjoy!
