Quick and Easy Baked Fish Fillet
A simple and flavorful baked fish recipe thats ready in minutesperfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets e.g., tilapia, cod, or haddock
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon sliced
Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C.
Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving optional.
