Pumpkin Cake with Cake Mix
An easy and moist pumpkin cake made with just a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional: Cream cheese frosting or powdered sugar for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before adding cream cheese frosting or dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
