Pizza Bombs
Ingredients:
– 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
– 1/2 cup marinara sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
– 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
– Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough round. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into the center of each biscuit. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and 2-3 pepperoni slices.
3. Seal the Bombs: Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch them together tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Brush and Season: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush it over each pizza bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake: Bake the pizza bombs for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
6. Serve: Allow the pizza bombs to cool slightly before serving. Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
