Pistachio Cake
A moist and flavorful cake with a nutty twist!
Ingredients:
1 box of pistachio cake mix
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1 can of whipped cream cheese frosting optional
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour your cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
Frost with whipped cream cheese frosting if desired.
Slice and enjoy!
