Who Wants a Pineapple Party in a Cupcake? 
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
– 24 maraschino cherries
– 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
– 1 package pineapple cake mix
– 3 eggs
– 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 1 tbsp confectioners’ sugar (optional)
Directions:
Preheat that oven to 350°F and give those cupcake tins a good spray, like you’re misting your plants! 
Add a generous dollop of melted butter and brown sugar to each tin, then get fancy with the pineapple and cherries on top. 
Toss all the cake ingredients into a bowl and give them a whirl—pour this deliciousness right over the pineapple mix.
Bake for a sweet 25 minutes and let them chill for a few.
Time for the grand flip! Invert them onto a tray and give them a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Voilà!
