One-Pan White Cheddar Mac and Cheese recipe!

Ingredients:

16 oz uncooked elbow macaroni

2 cups milk

2 cups water

1 teaspoon garlic salt

teaspoon salt


cup margarine

teaspoon black pepper

1 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

cup Parmesan cheese, divided

cup panko bread crumbs

cup bacon bits

1 tablespoon chives

Instructions:

Combine macaroni, milk, water, garlic salt, and salt in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 7-10 minutes until the pasta absorbs the liquid.

Remove from heat, stir in margarine, pepper, white cheddar, and half the Parmesan.

Preheat the broiler, then top pasta with remaining Parmesan, bread crumbs, and bacon. Broil for 1-3 minutes until golden.

Garnish with chives and serve hot.
