Nutella Cheesecake
A creamy, decadent cheesecake swirled with smooth Nutellathe perfect dessert for any chocolate lover!
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake:
3 packages 8 oz each cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Optional: Extra Nutella for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325F 165C. Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
For the crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set it should still jiggle slightly. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form, then top the chilled cheesecake with the whipped cream. Drizzle with extra Nutella if desired.
