No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dome: A Stunning Dessert for Any Occasion!

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy cream


1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place in the refrigerator to set.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Line a medium-sized bowl that fits within the springform pan with plastic wrap, allowing excess to hang over the sides.

Arrange the strawberry slices around the inside of the lined bowl, covering as much of the surface as possible.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the strawberry-lined bowl, spreading it evenly. Cover the top with more plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Once set, carefully remove the plastic wrap from the top. Invert the bowl onto the prepared graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Gently lift the bowl, allowing the cheesecake dome to sit on the crust. Remove the plastic wrap from the dome.

Serve chilled and enjoy this gorgeous dessert!
