Million Dollar Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage optional
16 oz spaghetti, cooked
24 oz marinara sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, sliced thin
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2 In a skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage if using until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in the marinara sauce.
3 In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta or cottage cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
4 Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture on top, then layer with the remaining spaghetti.
5 Pour the meat sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and dot with slices of butter.
6 Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
7 Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
