2 whole trout, cleaned and deboned
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Rub the trout inside and out with olive oil and lemon juice, then season generously with salt and pepper.
Place the lemon slices, parsley, and dill inside the cavity of each trout.
Wrap the trout in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the trout flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and lemon slices if desired.
