Instructions:
Make the Lemon Bread Base:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix egg, buttermilk, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into the springform pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Pour over the cooled lemon bread base.
Bake the Cheesecake:
