1 29 oz can of tomato sauce
1 29 oz can of kidney beans, drained
1 29 oz can of pinto beans, drained
1 medium onion, diced
cup diced green bell pepper
cup diced celery
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, bell pepper, and celery to the pot and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
