Irresistible Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup strawberry jam

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Directions:


Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
