Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
cup melted butter
3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups edible cookie dough homemade or store-bought
1 cup mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the edible cookie dough chunks, then pour over the crust.
Bake for 1 hour, then allow it to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 4 hours.
Top with the remaining cookie dough chunks and mini chocolate chips. Slice and serve!
