Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
A cool and decadent dessert layered with ice cream sandwiches, whipped cream, and chocolateperfect for hot days and sweet cravings!
Ingredients:
12 ice cream sandwiches
2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
1 cup fudge topping or chocolate syrup
1/2 cup crushed nuts optional
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional
1/4 cup caramel sauce optional
Instructions:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Spread a layer of whipped cream on top of the ice cream sandwiches.
Drizzle with fudge topping and, if desired, sprinkle crushed nuts and mini chocolate chips on top.
Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, and then top with more whipped cream.
Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra flavor optional.
Freeze the cake for at least 3-4 hours to set.
Once set, slice and serve chilled.
