Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Optional garnishes: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Calzones:


Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into 68 inch circles, about 1/4 inch thick.
