Heres a tasty Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap recipe, combining all the flavors of a cheeseburger with the fun of a crunchy wrap!

Ingredients

For the Beef Filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your preferred cheese

Additional Ingredients for the Wrap:

4 large flour tortillas

4 small flour tortillas to create the crunch layer

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato sliced

1/2 cup pickles sliced

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional, for extra gooeyness

Oil for toasting the wraps

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

Step 2: Prepare the Crunch Layer

In a separate skillet, heat the smaller tortillas over medium heat until they become slightly crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. This will give you the crunch layer that forms the base of your wrap.

Step 3: Assemble the Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center, followed by a few slices of tomato and pickles.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef filling onto the lettuce and add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, if using.

Top the beef filling with the crunchy small tortilla.

Carefully fold the edges of the large tortilla over the filling, creating pleats around the edges to seal the wrap.

Step 4: Toast the Wrap

Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the wrap seam-side down into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Flip the wrap and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before cutting in half.

Serve and Enjoy!

Serve your Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap with extra ketchup, mustard, or a side of fries. Enjoy the crispy, cheesy, and flavorful twist on a classic cheeseburger!
